Natoven debuted his original album 'Taste the Dirt' in April of 2014. Originating from Portland, Oregon, Nate Allbritton, is a solo artist that sings and plays the majority of instruments on the album. All music is original and varies in genre, heavily based in cutting edge rock, the music blends flavors of hip hop, funk, and reggae to compliment today's diverse music preferences. The singer/songwriter was best known for his time with the popular band "Quandry", who exploded into the Portland music scene back in 2004. The band enjoyed some mild success, releasing 3 EP albums over the 7 year span and pairing live with larger bands of the era such as Kings-X, Cold, Soil and Smile Empty Soul. In 2011 the band broke up and each member went their own way. Nate continued to experiment and perfect his skills on the many instruments he's familiar with, and began learning the other sides of the music industry, such as licensing and music production for use in films. Nate quickly immersed himself into the business and picked up several contracts for original music used in commercial advertising and film. While working as a music composer, producer, and studio engineer for several years, Nate quietly wrote and recorded a full length album to eventually be released under the title 'Natoven'. The album, 'Taste the Dirt', sidesteps from the progressive rock that Quandry was best known for, and layers in other genres that mix well into the deep and ever changing grooves that cascade across and easy on the ears album. Several guests featured on the album include members of the band Quandry, Scott Miles, Guy Holland, and Juan Carlos Caceres, as well as internationally acclaimed artist Dudley Perkins and break out singer Angela Thomas Wade.
