Digitally remastered and expanded two CD edition of this hugely collectable album from 1970. Originally released in Jamaica and the UK in 1970, Reggae Fever primarily served as a showcase for the talents of singing duo, The Inspirations (Trevor Shaw AKA Jimmy London and Billy Dyce) and the album's producer, Joel Gibson AKA Joe Gibbs. Although the album only sold modestly at the time of it's issue, it has since become one of the most collectable long-players from the boss reggae era. Now expanded to include almost the entirety of Joe Gibbs's recorded output from 1969, the collection features an array of best-sellers alongside rarities performed by some of Jamaica's finest musical talents of the period. And with five tracks new to CD, this is another must-have compilation for fans of vintage reggae sounds.
