Vinyl LP pressing. This is overall one of his very best albums, and the competition's tough here with great albums like 'White Light', 'No Other' and 'Firebyrd'. Gene Clark was more than the 'Dylan' or 'Neil Young' that never was... He was the 'Gene Clark' that never was. And 'Roadmaster' might be the Gene Clark album that never was... This was originally recorded as a follow-up to his now legendary 'White Light'. But he only recorded eight songs back then, and it wasn't released. It was released only in Germany and Holland with three additional tracks Clark recorded with The Byrds ('She's The Kind Of Girl' and 'One In A Hundred') and The Flying Burrito Brothers ('Here Tonight').
