Limited edition 180 gram translucent blue colored vinyl LP pressing housed in a gatefold sleeve. Originally recorded during Earth, Wind & Fire's 1974-1975 American tour, Gratitude brilliantly captures the excitement the band generated on stage at it's creative peak. Neither hardcore fans nor more casual listeners should deprive themselves of the joys of the live versions of "Shining Star" and "Yearnin' Learnin'." Maurice White is magnificent throughout and Philip Bailey truly soars on extended versions of "Reasons" and "Devotion." The album also introduced some excellent new studio songs, including the haunting "Can't Hide Love" and the uplifting "Sing a Song." Gratitude shot straight to No. 1 on the pop charts in 1975 and to this day is one of Earth, Wind & Fire's finest achievements!
