Totenritua is Belphegor's highly-anticipated eleventh full-length slab of diabolical death/black metal featuring nine new tracks laced with obscure magick and full of furious brutality. The album was recorded at Stage One Studios in Germany and Studio Mischmaschine in Austria, mixed by Jason Suecof and mastered by Mark Lewis at Audio Hammer studios in Florida. The artwork was created once again by Greek artist, Seth Siro Anton who also painted the cover of Pestapokalypse VI (2006) and Conjuring the Dead (2014). "This LP is the most brutally heavy offering we have consecrated thus far, everything pushes the limits of anything we have done before," Helmuth states.
