'Average Joe By Day, Guitar Hero By Night': Joe Bonamassa Documentary 'Guitar Man' Arrives December 8th

Bluesman Joe Bonamassa is the subject of a documentary film, Guitar Man, that will be released on Video-On-Demand and for Digital purchase December 8, 2020 by Paramount Home Entertainment.

Guitar Man follows the rise of Blues-rocker Joe Bonamassa who has more #1 Blues albums than anyone else in history. Featuring behind the scenes interviews and live concert footage showcasing some of the biggest names in music, the documentary also has a powerful soundtrack.

The film features Bonamassa’s childhood as a "wunderkind" and being discovered and mentored by Blues legend B.B. King. It also documents his fulfilling thirty year career milestone, achieved by the age of 43. The film also focuses on Bonamassa's 2009 concert at the Royal Albert Hall, joined on stage by Eric Clapton, marking a pivotal moment for him. Guitar Man features music, live concert footage, and interviews with music industry legends.
