This incredible tale sees Zatoichi tracking down the daughter of an elderly woman who has met an unfortunate ending on a treacherous rope bridge. On discovering that the daughter is a prostitute, Zatoichi vows to save her from her career, and sets out to earn some money to help her. Unfortunately he becomes embroiled in some shady business with a yakuza gang, leading to some expert swordplay, and a gripping ending, from the master martial arts star.
