Peggy Cappy: Spotlight Biography

The inspirational Peggy Cappy has been living, practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, and relaxation for more than 35 years. Her training has taken her all over the world, from India, the birthplace of Yoga, to North America, Europe and beyond. She was inspired to create her "Yoga for the Rest of Us" program after working closely with a special group of elder practitioners. The average age of the group is 78 and her oldest student is 101.

I have been teaching Peggy Cappys routines for years as part of the Yoga program I lead and this DVD is a perfect plan for anyone with back aches, lower back pain and/or spinal discomfort.

I first discovered Peggys yoga series back in 2004 when she released the amazing "Yoga for the Rest of Us" video. I was lazy, a little overweight, totally unmotivated to do anything, let alone anything "new-agey"! A friend recommended I give it a try and, within one session, my life had changed forever! I have since purchased all of her videos and this most recent release is by far the best one since "Rest of Us." For anyone who suffers from lower back problems, lethargy or just wants an uplifting and relaxing physical experience, grab hold of a copy of this DVD!
