Title Note

Hailing from Georgia, Dead Confederate blend country rock, grunge, and psychedelic flourishes into a unique brew that is heady and earthy at once. Building on the promise of their debut EP, the full-length WRECKING BALL, released in 2008, unveils the band's hauntingly expansive sound in all its glory. From the moody, spectral slink of "The Rat" to the hard guitar thrash of "Start Me Laughing," Dead Confederate update 1960s garage psych, `70s classic rock, and angsty `90s alternative for a sound that pushes all the right buttons.
