Wire In The Blood is a television crime drama based on the novels of mystery writer Val McDermid. Robson Green plays Dr. Tony Hill, a world-weary clinical psychologist asked to join forces with ambitious police detective Carol Jordan (Hermione Norris) to solve a series of grisly murders. Together the duo profile a number of possible suspects in their quest to track down the unique killers. The bleak, gritty landscapes of Northern England provide a literal and metaphorical backdrop for the murder investigations as Hill and Jordan delve further into the darker elements of human nature. This collection includes three episodes: "The Mermaids Singing", "Shadows Rising," and "Justice Painted Blind."Tony is a clinical psychologist who works with jailed murderers. He is called in to help Detective Inspector Carol Jackson with a series of murders. Tony is able to understand behaviour patterns and has the ability to empathise with both the victim and the killer. Now Tony must look into the mind of a serial killer. Three episodes including: 'The Mermaids Singing', 'Shadows Rising' and 'Justice Painted Blind'.
