Title Note

Cue record, raise devil horns. Danava's sophomore outing, UNOMOU, is an epic of molten guitar riffage that recreates the moment circa 1973 when hard rock, brown acid psychedelia, and heavy metal were the same thing. And they do it with a passion that makes it all undeniably current. The band smokes, but singer Dusty Sparkles gets the star turn here with dynamic vocals that recall Ozzy Osbourne and the Flower Travellin' Band's Akira Yamanaka in equal measure.
