Charlie Zaa's second album Segundo Sentimiento is -- like the title suggests -- strikingly similar to his debut album, Sentimientos. That's not a bad thing, since Zaa excels at romantic ballads, but it does suggests his limits. Still, it's pretty entertaining. ~ Terry Jenkins
