British singer-songwriter Jim Noir appeared in 2004 with an eclectic sound mixing modern rock and elements of electronica. His early EPs created quite a buzz, with Adidas subsequently picking one track ("Eanie Meany") for their 2006 World Cup ad campaign. The release of Noir's eagerly awaited debut album, TOWER OF LOVE, revealed a set of clever and quirky pop-rock ditties with a pronounced '60s psychedelia influence.
