This 1974 solo album (reissued in 2007) is the mellowest, most Americana-inspired album of John Sebastian's solo career, and is notable for its use of guest players and lovely covers. The covers include Jimmy Cliff's "Sitting in Limbo," Little Feat's "Dixie Chicken," and the traditional folk tunes "Wild Wood Flower," and "Wild About My Lovin'," and the vaunted guest list includes Emmylou Harris, Phil Everly, Lowell George, Ry Cooder, and the Pointer Sisters.
