This collection of three individual albums celebrate the essence of 'Tapasya, the act of inflicting upon oneself absolute endurance and perseverance, to promote ones spiritual growth. At a landmark concert in Mumbai, 2001, Hindustani classical legends Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, the late C. R. Vyas and Pandit Jasraj came together for the first time to enthral audiences with some spellbinding vocal performances. In this album the performances are Raga Puriya Kalyan, Thumri & Bhajan.
