Principally recorded at Cherokee Studios, Los Angeles, California.

This is an Enhanced CD, which contains both regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files.

If this music sounds familiar, it should. Three of the musicians here were formerly members of post-grunge kings Days Of The New and here, joined by new lead singer Hugo Ferreira, they've basically recreated the Days' sound.

Ferreira has a low baritone that mostly recalls Jim Morrison in full Lizard King roar, but he also has a lower register growl that recalls Scott Weiland or James Hetfield. The band's instrumental approach depends on massed acoustic guitars overlaid with metallic electric riffs, close, double-tracked and surprisingly pretty vocal harmonies, and a straightforward rhythm section pounding out a monster groove. It's a formula, in other words, that positions them on the historical continuum beginning with Led Zeppelin and running through Pearl Jam and beyond.
