The popular South Korean mini-series SWEET SPY blends the policier and espionage genres into a thrilling melange of action and suspense. The trouble starts when widowed meter maid Soon-ae (Sang-mi Nam, SPY GIRL) issues a seemingly routine traffic ticket to a mysterious stranger, Yoo-il (Dennis Oh), who happens to be an international spy. It isn't long before Soon-ae is thrust into Yoo-il's espionage mission while dealing with complex emotions wrought by the new chief of police, Kang-joon (Joo-hyun Lee), who is reopening the investigation into her husband's death. Amply displaying the strong acting, gripping storylines, and well-drawn characters for which K-dramas have become known, the mini-series is presented in its entirety with this collection of episodes.
