Synopsis

Rival gangs battle over the control of refugees who are entering their respective territories in ever increasing numbers.Two street gangs wage war on each other, and the police are in the middle. To complicate matters, one gang member is in love with the sister of the other gangleader. When gangleader Boldy Hung's night-club is busted, and he finds out about his sister's involvement, the war turns into a full-scale martial arts battle.
