This set includes modules one through six of the STANDARD DEVIANTS SCHOOL FRENCH program, which was developed by a group of University Professors. ABC'S AND PRONUNCIATION introduces students to the French language, covering basic topics including alphabet; correct pronunciation; verbs; vowels; accents; useful greetings; and conversational foundations. With ARTICLES AND ADJECTIVES, Students will learn about infinitives; definite articles; gender usage; pronouns; verb conjugation; adjectives; and possessive adjectives. Covering all the basics needed for talking about the weather, ASKING ABOUT THE WEATHER teaches about numbers; adjectives; colors; indefinite articles; adverbs; and idioms. All the phrases and conversational tools needed to survive a French vacation are explained in SURVIVAL FRENCH. Learn how to conjugate verbs while describing your likes and dislikes in TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF. Building upon the previous lessons, PRONOUNS AND PAST TENSE introduces students to more complex subjects like past tense and reflexive verbs. After completing the whole set, students will have mastered the art of conversation, with the tools necessary to speak confidently about subjects like family; friends; food; and the weather.
