Other than adding specific exercises, there is NOTHING supercharged about this. It basically says to start walking 15 min/day the first week, 20 the second, etc. adding minimal toning exercises. I personally would not recommend buying this book unless you are unfamiliar with the South Beach Diet. For those who know the rules, nothing has changed.

This book outlines an exercise program that complements Dr. Agatstons diet program. It combines simple fitness techniques with cardiovascular exercises to enhance the effect of the dieting. Very interesting!
