This CD is fantastic! The various music and sounds on the CD take you deeper and deeper into a state of total relaxation to a point where you are in a dream like state. I especially like listening to thie CD while I am on a plane. I am extremely fearful of flying. However, when I listen to this CD on a plane, within a matter of seconds, I am so totally relaxed that I do not feel any turbulence. It is as though all movement is taking place at some far off place and has absolutely no effect on me. I have let other people borrow the CD and they have all reported feeling a deep sense of relaxation so spectacular that it is difficult to describe. I would DEFINITELY recommend this CD.
