Boiled In Lead: Todd Menton (vocals, guitar, bouzouki, mandolin, tin whistle, harmonica, bodhran); Dean Magraw (acoustic guitar, electric guitar); Drew Miller (dulcimer, bass guitar); David Stenshoel (fiddle, zurna); Robin Adnan Anders (drums, tapan, percussion).

Over the course of seven studio albums since the early '80s inception, Boiled in Lead has carved their own unique identity within the world of celtic-infused rock and roll. Embracing elements of Pogues-style Irish punk, Fairport Convention electric folk, and at times, progressive rock, the Minneapolis quintet have crafted a fusion sound that modernizes the reels and airs of the Old Sod with a signature flair and near arty bent. SILVER--their first studio record since the late '90s--returns them to form with a set of traditional songs framed within a brittle guitar crunch. New guitarist Dean Magraw summons his inner Crazy Horse on guitar workouts such as "The Sunset" while original vocalist Todd Menton--recording with the band for the first time since the early '90s--sings of bonnie lassies and green rushes with a gruff soul.
