Product Notes

Legendary Mexican wrestling sensation El Santo (Rodolfo Guzman Huerta) was also well known for playing a superhero of the same name in many Spanish genre films. In SANTO VS. THE MARTIANS, a group of aliens come to earth determined to unleash a nuclear assault. Terror, destruction, and kidnapping highlight their wicked strategy until Santo catches wind of the diabolical plot and summons his trusty scientist friend Dr. Ordorica for help. To defeat them, our hero steals a transporter belt from the invaders, and follows them back to their vessel where justice is served ala muscle and brawn. The film's finest camp moment lies in a weird musical number performed by Martian women that is sure to put a smile on even the most hardened Santo fan.
