Originally released in 1995, REY AZUCAR is one of the most popular titles in the extensive catalogue of the polyglot Latin pop group Los Fabulosos Cadillacs. Produced by Tom Tom Club's Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth, REY AZUCAR features guests like the Clash's Mick Jones, Blondie's Debbie Harry, and the Jamaican toaster Big Youth. However, the focus on this globe-trotting blend of dub, salsa, Afrobeat, ska, and rock remains on the vastly talented band themselves.
