Petra Haden Artist Snapshot:

One of revered jazz bassist Charlie Haden's triplet daughters, violinist/vocalist Petra Haden established her own musical career in the 1990s with the alt-rock band That Dog (also featuring sister Rachel). After the group's late-`90s demise, Haden contributed to recordings by numerous popular acts (including Green Day, Beck, Foo Fighters, and the Decemberists), and had a banner year in 2005 with the release of both her well-received Bill Frisell collaboration and her playful full-album cover of THE WHO SELL OUT.
