When the handsome and wealthy widower Dr. James Lewis (Bruce Boxleitner of WYATT EARP and TV's BABYLON 5) hires beautiful and mysterious Andrea McBride (MELROSE PLACE's Tracy Nelson) to be the nanny for his adorable children, he couldn't be happier. Little does he know, however, that the mentally unstable young woman, who has just been released from an asylum, is using him and his children to fulfill her deluded dream of becoming a romance novel heroine. Soon Andrea's plans begin to unravel, and she quickly decides that violence is the only way to make her dreams come true.
