CARTAS MARCADAS: Two young lovers are caught in a web of intrigue and deceit. Originally motivated by greed over an inheritance has serious repercussions, eventually they do really fall in love. One of Pedro Infante's most memorable film roles.

LA BARCA DE ORO: This Mexican comedy tells the tale of a woman who is seeking the respect of her all-male siblings and elders. In order to gain equality in the family, she changes her approach and begins to act as if she were a man. When she runs into a childhood friend, he convinces her to change her attitude and after awhile, they marry. Years later, the couple are left to raise a daughter who takes on the same qualities as her mom.

UN RINCON CERCA DEL CIELO: Humble Pedro arrives in Mexico City and takes an office job, where he falls in love with coworker, Margarita, whom he later marries. She becomes pregnant, and their jealous boss subsequently fires Pedro. They struggle, with Margarita working as a seamstress, while Pedro becomes a bodyguard for a morally bankrupt man named Martin--which causes him to ponder whether money is worth going against one's beliefs.

ANSIEDAD: The poverty-stricken lives of Rafael, María, and their two children may be altered for good when they find a child of wealthy descent at their doorstep.
