From his ethereal songs performed with partner Art Garfunkel that captured Dustin Hoffman's existential angst so perfectly in 1967's THE GRADUATE, to the world-jazz-pop fusion of his 1980's solo work, Paul Simon has been one of the most interesting and important figures in pop music history. This release is the video companion to his YOU'RE THE ONE album, and features Simon performing its songs, plus several from his entire career, at a spectacular Paris concert. And Simon does not stiff his audience; overall, he performs twenty-seven of his hits. Phew.
