A Rocket To The Moon Artist Snapshot:

The project of singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Nick Santino, A Rocket to the Moon traffics in bright, poppy emo. Drawing inspiration from icons like Weezer, as well as his emo contemporaries, Santino relies on hook-heavy melodies and expressive, confessional lyrics, a personal approach reinforced by the fact that he plays all the instruments on his studio recordings. A pair of EPs won A Rocket to the Moon a deal with Fueled by Ramen/Decaydance. Santino formed a full band to tour with the likes of Hit the Lights and Cute Is What We Aim For to gin up support for its 2009 debut.
