As THE OFFICE returns for season five, nearly everyone’s caught up in complicated romance: Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Jim (John Krasinski) have become a long-distance couple (while Pam’s at art school); Dwight (Rainn Wilson) is still courting his newly-engaged ex, Angela (Angela Kinsey), while her unsuspecting fiancé, Andy (Ed Helms) attempts to plan the perfect wedding; and Michael (Steve Carell) is helping Jan (Melora Hardin) prepare for a baby that isn’t his, all the while making mix tapes for the new HR rep, Holly (Amy Ryan). Add to these soap opera shenanigans the day to day drudgery of pushing paper and caring for customers, and the result is a hilariously familiar, cringe-inducing send-up of the absurdities of modern life. This collection includes every episode from the 2008-2009 season of THE OFFICE, as well as three hours of never-before-seen footage.
