Title Note

The Orange County rapcore band known as (hed) P.E. takes the conspiracy theory approach to another level on their seventh studio LP, NEW WORLD ORPHANS. Sticking to their "G-Punk" roots-- a volatile mix of hip-hop-inspired rhyme schemes, hard thump basslines, and power-punk arrangements-- (hed) P.E. ups the ante on their angered, anti-establishment posturing as frontman Jahred Shane laces each track with a heady dose of incendiary thrash-rap lyrics, even while DJ Product c 1969 flips a variety of spoken-word samples from talk radio into provocative interludes. NEW WORLD ORPHANS also features guest appearances from Kottonmouth Kings and Midwestern horrorcore rapper Tech N9ne.
