It starts interestingly enough, with a raw flamenco yell and flourish, but from there Muchas Flores quickly becomes relatively straightforward Latin pop -- pleasant enough, but without too many sparks flying. But when you're about to give up hope on it, there'll be more rootsy touches such as Rosario remembering her Spanish homeland -- enough to keep the listener going a little while longer. The ballads, however, fail to ignite anything emotionally. If she'd lose the gloss, she could make a great record (she's an excellent singer), but sadly, that seems unlikely to happen. ~ Chris Nickson
