Fans of B-movie creature-features will be delighted to find the genre alive and well in the slimy gore fest that is...MOSQUITOMAN. A doctor who specializes in disease follows popular horror movie characters such as Seth Brundle from THE FLY by descending into madness and testing out his own invention on himself. In this case, the deranged doc has come up with a serum, which is in an experimental phase of development. But on trying it out, he becomes half man, half insect, and must feast on human blood to survive. Delirium ensues, with plenty of blood, guts, and mayhem spewing forth from the screen.
