Synopsis

Angered by a neighboring family's sport hunting, an eight-year-old girl turns her magic finger on them.

First line

The farm next to ours is owned by Mr and Mrs Gregg. The Greggs have two children, both of them boys. Their names are Philip and William. Sometimes I go over to their farm to play with them.

Annotation

The Gregg family just loves to go hunting. Unfortunately, they never stop to think about the animals and birds they are killing. Everything changes when their next door neighbor, a young girl, can not control herself and zaps the Greggs with her magic finger. Now the entire Gregg family will find out what it's like to be hunted. Illustrated with b&w drawings.
