Despite their economic advantages, the suburbanite children of Rockdale County, Georgia are certainly no strangers to drug use, under-aged sex, and violence. In the spring of 1996 an outbreak of syphilis struck a group of teenagers from these affluent families in the community of Conyers. When epidemiologists interviewed the victims they were shocked to find that kids as young as fourteen had multiple sexual partners and often partook in all-night orgies and "sex parties". Frontline investigates this epidemic and reveals a community struggling with troubled teens.
