Released the year it was recorded, LIVE AT EINDHOVEN '87 stakes the claim that Testament was arguably the most overlooked metal band of the 1980s. With a penchant for fast thrash and muscular, body-shocking rhythmic assaults, Testament was not far behind Metallica in the first wave of thrash-focused but melodic heavy metal. Testament exhibits all these qualities on the five-song EINHOVEN EP, laying down their signature sound on cuts such as "Over the Wall" and "Burnt Offerings."
