Liquid Mind is the recording name of composer/musician/producer Chuck Wild. Like the other albums in Wild's solo oeuvre (BALANCE, UNITY, SERENITY), SPIRIT is a highly ambient synthesizer outing that radiates warmth and peacefulness. Taking its cue from pioneer ambient recordings like Brian Eno's MUSIC FOR AIRPORTS, SPIRIT is full of lush synthesizer landscapes that unfold inside the listener's mind. There are no wrenches thrown into the machinery here: Wild's dedication to creating an utterly calm, enveloping aural experience is absolute, and the record maintains its deep, reflective quality throughout. SPIRIT is a particularly conducive to creating a sustained environment for relaxation, yoga, and meditation.
