During their short existence from 1967 through 1969 they completed three full-length albums on Imperial: The Love Generation, A Generation of Love, and Montage. Rev-Ola assembled the best tracks from those long out of print LPs, including the minor hit "Groovy Summertime," the rare non-album track "Catching Up on Fun," and the original version of "Let the Good Times In," which was featured on the pilot episode of The Partridge Family. There are no surprises here and this is pretty much what you would expect: crisp, light harmonizing with fat production and a Madison Avenue take on "far-out groovy" lyrics. All in all, this is fun stuff.
