Synopsis

A thug boards a bus and murders all the passengers, including the partner of detective Jake Martin. Martin, now teamed with mad dog cop Leo Larsen, is assigned to find the killer. But an apparent lack of motive, clues, and other problems makes this a tough nut to crack. Frustrated, Martin decides to eschew police procedures and strike out on his own. In the process, he gets much more than he bargained for...
