From his early days as one-half of H‚ctor y Tito (Los Bambinos) to his solo career as a producer vocalist collaborating with hip-hop giants such as Jay-Z, H‚ctor Delgado aka "El Father" has enjoyed a meteoric rise corresponding to the reggaet¢n genre that he helped introduce to the mainstream. On what is billed as his final album, Hector takes an introspective turn, examining his life and his faith. Entitled JUICIO FINAL (Spanish for "judgment day"), the record kicks off with an extended intro that sees H‚ctor conversing with the Almighty and goes on to waver between feverish reggaet¢n rhythms and slower heartfelt ballads. Harry Maldonado and Cosculluela are also featured.
