Fitness expert Janis Saffell presents a DYNAMIC STRETCH routine. Combining motions and positions from yoga, Pilates, and traditional athletics, this workout is designed to increase endurance, flexibility, and muscle strength. The first part of the routine uses yoga positions to begin the initial muscle stretching. Afterwards is a series of stretches that build on the initial series to further the goals of the workout. Finally, a Pilates-inspired routine exerts the lower body and finishes the workout.
