Title Note

With an acrobatic freestyle-feeling flow reminiscent of Rakim, Portland, Oregon, rapper Braille has amassed a legion of fans for his upbeat brand of hip-hop. On 2008's THE IV EDITION, as on previous records, the MC works with a slew of producers, resulting in an ever-evolving sound; however, a jazzily lo-fi sort of underground feel permeates the record. Braille is upfront about his Christian bent, and while a religious outlook abounds in his music, it's a universal positivity exemplified by "Constantly Growing Beat," a track featuring a welcome cameo from Speech of Arrested Development.

Braille is dope but he has to work on his flow a bit, he could also step up his production. He has a lot of potential.
