Title Note

Composer: John Williams .

Personnel: John Williams .

Listening to the new Indiana Jones score is like donning a 20-year-old leather jacket that's still a perfect fit. And Steven Spielberg's fourth installment of the Indy saga complements composer John Williams's abilities just as snugly. Immediately, the listener is plopped right back into the world of archaeology and adventure. Williams's fast-paced and energetic score still gives new life to the film series. Some classic motifs from RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK make their return in updated and rearranged forms. This ties in well with the return of alumnus Indy character Marian Ravenwood, who once again serves as a point of mayhem for the hero. Elsewhere, Williams accentuates the effervescent action sequences with bass-heavy timpani and induces a sense of wonder and mystery with his trademark sinister string arrangements.

Check this out! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continuum_%28instrument%29 Williams used this in the composition of the score. To go along with every other great second of the soundtrack! Great!
