Bill Cosby narrates this documentary about Captain Bill Pinkney, who -- by himself -- sailed his boat "Commitment" around the world for 22 months and 27,000 miles, making him the first African-American to accomplish this feat. What sets Pinkney's voyage apart from previous ones is his aim: to teach schoolkids about achieving one's dreams and the values of commitment, lessons he taught firsthand to Boston and Chicago students by communicating with them while at sea.
