They will ship within the one business day from the time of order.

Items marked In Stock are currently available in one of our warehouses.

Here’s the basic process we use to fulfill your In Stock orders:

For most CDs, DVDs and books (excluding Imports), we send your order to the warehouse that is best equipped to fulfill your order. Should an In Stock item not be available at the “top fulfillment” warehouse, we will ship what is available and the remainder of your order will go on “Backorder” and be sent to another warehouse to be filled. Backorder Shipping policies will apply.

*Please note: Items marked as In Stock on Tower.com may be depleted at any time, depending on the number of orders for that particular item.

Items marked Available are in stock with one of our affiliates.

The item may be purchased from the item detail page by clicking the Buy button in the section titled Also available from located immediately below the item image. You will be redirected to our affiliates site to complete your purchase.

We’ve got the hottest selection of upcoming new releases titles! Products marked Pre-Order can be ordered up to 30 business days prior to their official release date but will not be dispatched until after they are made available.

Tower.com features a variety of special availability and import items. While these items are not currently in stock, they are available for purchase from one of our extensive list of suppliers and distributors. These orders will ship as soon as our warehouse obtains them, which will vary according to the time indicated on the item's product page:

• Ships within 2 to 4 days
• Ships within 3 to 7 days
• Ships within 5 to 7 days
• Ships within 7 to 9 days
• Ships within 10 to 14 days
• Ships within 2 to 4 weeks
• Ships within 3 to 5 weeks

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a guaranteed shipping time for these items but we assure you - they are well worth the extra wait!

Items marked as Print on Demand are great titles that are only printed once your order is processed. These titles are exclusively printed for you, and because of the nature of printing, please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks to be shipped from our warehouse. The ability to have these very exclusive titles in your own collection is worth the wait!
