Please be advised that MONEY ORDER payments are non-refundable. In the event a money order payment is cancelled, the value of the money order may only be applied towards another purchase.
All money order payments must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn from a U.S. bank. Tower.com is currently unable to process International money orders.

Due to recent company and fulfillment ownership transitions, the Tower.com e-card program is temporarily not available. If you purchased an e-card on or after March 23, 2007, please be assured that your e-card payment was successfully retrieved and will soon be eligible for use.

As of June 11, 2007, the assets of Tower.com, including the website, were sold by the bankruptcy estates of Three As Holding, LLC and MTS, Incorporated. Those holding gift cards of Tower Records or Tower.com should make their claims to the Bankruptcy Court presiding over these bankruptcy cases.
