When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD you will be prompted to enter your Verified by Visa or SecureCode™ PIN. Tower.com accepts payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, GOOGLE CHECKOUT, PAYPAL and money orders. We no longer accept Bill Me Later and checks as payment. We do not accept payments via email, bank transfers or Smart Card.
All transactions with Tower.com must be with financial institutions that perform billing address checks using the AVS (Address Verification System).
The Address Verification System is used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card. The system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company.
When transactions are declined due to AVS failure, the authorization code, along with the hold on the authorized funds, will remain on the customer's card until the card issuing bank removes the authorization. As a result, the held funds may be subtracted from the customer's available balance, and an online statement may reflect the authorization request which might be mistaken for an actual charge. Most card issuing banks will remove authorizations within 3-7 days if they are not claimed for settlement.
Introducing a simple solution for customers who wish to take advantage of our MONEY ORDER payment option:
- Follow our checkout process and select the money order payment method to complete your purchase.
- Your order confirmation page will include detailed instructions on how to send us your money order payment.

Important Information to remember:
- Please be advised that MONEY ORDER payments are non-refundable. In the event a money order payment is cancelled, the value of the money order may only be applied towards another purchase.
- All money order payments must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn from a U.S. bank. Tower.com is currently unable to process International money orders.
- Payments must be received within 20 business days to avoid cancellation of your order.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for Tower.com to process your order once your money order has been received.
