Here are the steps on how to login into your Tower Account and place your order.

1. Enter your registered email address and password.


2. Click the "Sign In" button.


3. Enter your shipping/billing addresses and select your preferred shipping method. With our handy new Address Book option, use your stored addresses or log in new contact details for faster checkout!


4. Enter your payment details (we accept both major credit cards and money order payments.)


5. Confirm your order to finalize your purchase.

“No, I’m not registered with Tower.com” – Welcome to the Tower Community!

Here are the steps for new customers:

1. Enter your email address and choose a secure password. You will be asked to re-enter your password for security purposes.


2. Click the “Create an Account” button


3. Enter your shipping/billing addresses and select your preferred shipping method. With our handy new Address Book option, save your contact details for faster checkout in the future!


4. Enter your payment details (we accept both major credit cards and money order payments.)


5. Confirm your order to finalize your purchase.

Once your order has been processed successfully you will receive an order confirmation via email and an order number for easy order status tracking purposes.

Here are the steps for new Google customers:

1. Enter your current email address and choose a secure password. You will be also be asked to fill out your shipping/billing address, payment information, and review Google’s Terms of Service.


2. Click the “Agree and Continue” button


3. Confirm your order to finalize your purchase.

Once your order has been processed successfully you will receive an Google order confirmation via email and, once the order has been successfully processed, a follow-up confirmation email from Tower.com with an order number for easy order status tracking purposes.

Rest assured you can cancel your order; however, you can only cancel your order if the item(s) have not already been dispatched. You may cancel items from your order, but you cannot replace them with new ones – simply place a brand new order.

If your delivery address is no longer valid, let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the change before we dispatch your order. Once your order has been dispatched and is en route to you, we are unable to make a delivery address change.

Requests for canceling your order can be made directly online:

1. When your order is processed, you will receive an email that links to our tracking site. You can also visit this site by clicking on the “Order Status” button in the top corner of the tower.com homepage!
2. In the spaces provided, enter your Order Number and Zip Code.
3. Click on the "Cancel an Item" button to view your order details.
4. Click on the order details to view if your items are eligible for cancellation.
5. If your item(s) have not shipped from our warehouse, please select the item(s) you wish to cancel and submit your request.
