Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate requests for refunds on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect International address. Tower.com does not accept requests for returns on International orders, due to high processing costs.

For items shipped internationally, please allow up to thirty (30) business days for delivery. If you have not received your order after thirty (30) business days from the date your item was shipped, please contact Customer Care at orders@tower.com

Shipping rates are calculated per item at time of purchase. Please review your checkout page to select your preferred shipping option.

Orders over $100 USD are required to ship via an expedited courier for insurance and tracking purposes.

Airmail

United States Postal Service (USPS) Airmail ships packages sent from the US to destinations outside North America.
Delivery times will vary depending on where the product is being shipped from and your location. On average, you can expect to receive your order 5-15 business days after shipment, but we are unable to guarantee delivery times for airmail delivery.

Please note: Due to consistent delivery problems we can no longer ship orders to the following countries. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We allow the following delivery times from the original ship date of the package:

• 21 business days for packages shipped within the Continental US.
• 30 business days for packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a US Territory, Canada or a military address.
• 30 business days for international shipments.

If you do not receive a shipped package by the applicable delivery time described above, please contact Customer Care at: orders@tower.com.

We ask that you contact your local Post Office and your local Customs Office (for international deliveries) before contacting Customer Care, as either institution may be holding your package.

You have up to 35 business days to notify us about the non-receipt of a package shipped with the Continental US, or to a US territory, military addresses, Canada or International destination.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DVD/VIDEO FORMATS

DVDs
The majority of DVDs offered at Tower.com are coded for Region 1 (U.S. and Canada.) However, please be advised that we also offer DVDs coded for Region 2 (Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, including Egypt.) To verify that you are purchasing the correct region code, please check the product details page and review the DVD packaging upon receipt of your purchase.

Video
The majority of VHS titles offered at Tower.com are NTSC format, the standard for North America and Japan. To better serve our customers, we also offer a selection of PAL/SECAM-format VHS titles, that work in most players in Europe, Australia, China and the Middle East. Please be advised that PAL/SECAM videotapes will not work on traditional North American players.

We are unable to process returns for items that have been removed from their original factory issued packaging so please take care that you order the correct format for your viewing region. Remember this: if the packaging looks unusual upon receipt, do not open it! Consult the package details first to see if it is the right product for you!
