British outfit City Boy developed a following in the U.K. in the 1970s with their brand of progressive, melodic rock. Fans of `70s prog-pop groups like Styx and Queen will find much to appreciate in the accessible yet edgy tunes on 1980's HEADS ARE ROLLING. One of the group's last outings, HEADS ARE ROLLING mixes hard rock, radio-ready hooks, and keys-driven prog for one of City Boy's most consistent and satisfying efforts. "Mr. Shoes," the title track, and "Domino" are among the highlights.
