Two of Marty Robbins' very finest albums, Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs and More Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs, are combined on this excellent single disc. With his cowboy albums, Robbins helped keep western music alive during the late '50s and early '60s, and the warm, affectionate spirite of this music illustrates why.
